1. Overview
At AZ LEAD GEN, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, including but not limited to paid advertising, SEO, CRM setup, automated receptionist systems, and website development.
Due to the nature of digital services and the time, strategy, and resources invested, all payments are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Service-Based Refund Policy
A. Marketing Services (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, Automation)

All service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If cancellation occurs before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

No refunds will be issued for:

Poor campaign performance due to market conditions

Changes in business strategy after project start
-
Delays caused by the client (missing assets, approvals, access, etc.)

Digital marketing results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
B. Website Development Services

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.

Once design or development work has started, deposits are non-refundable.

If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment proportional to work completed.

Final payments are non-refundable once the website is delivered or launched.
C. Automated Systems & CRM Setup

Setup and implementation fees are non-refundable once configuration begins.

Monthly software or subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Clients may cancel recurring services with written notice in accordance with their service agreement.
3. Retainer & Monthly Services
For ongoing monthly services:

Clients must provide written cancellation notice at least [7/14/30] days before the next billing cycle.

Failure to provide notice will result in the next month being billed.

No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate service termination

Collection actions

Legal enforcement if necessary
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances.
All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
